Ground ginger in sachet

Our Ginger is grown near Kothamangalam, in the Indian state of Kerala, 60 km from Cochin. It is grown with respect for the environment and the ecosystem. Our ginger is very fiery, like the cuisine it represents and brings a lively and energetic burst of heat to all your dishes. The powdered ginger that you buy on this site is freshly ground, in an artisanal way in our workshop in Isère. We renew our grinds once a week in very small quantities to prevent the ginger from going flat.
