Our fenugreek seeds come from Jodhpur in the state of Rajasthan in India, a border state with Pakistan. This spice, also called trigonelle and with a slightly bitter taste, is widely used in Indian cuisine, but also in Ayurvedic medicine, because it has a large number of benefits.
