Packet of black mustard seeds

Our black mustard seeds come from Jodhpur in the state of Rajasthan in India, a border state with Pakistan. This spice is used to make the famous condiment we all know: mustard, the third most used condiment in the world, after salt and pepper. Black mustard seeds are more pungent than yellow seeds, with a vegetable and bitter flavor, and frankly reminiscent of the condiment in sauce.
