Jaya Massala

Jaya Massala is a blend of spices with an Indian influence. Our mix is inspired by the mother of Shajin (one of the two partners of Fingourmets) who did us the honor of giving us this recipe which is a family secret, our Massala recipe is a Fingourmets exclusivity! It will bring exoticism to your potatoes, steamed or baked fennel or simply to flavor rice pilaf. Jaya uses it in a Dahl of coral lentils, it's a marvel. Our spice blends are ground in small quantities and renewed every week to offer you optimal freshness.
