Organic Sweet Paprika

Paprika is the flagship spice of Hungarian and Eastern cuisine. It is found in many typical dishes, notably in goulash. Slightly sweet and bitter, this sweet pepper is not very spicy, but very colorful. It is used a lot in meat recipes with sauce. You can also use it as a marinade for fish, or as an aperitif in guacamole or on fresh goat cheese. It is also found in the composition of chorizo and other Hispanic dishes. We recommend that you use paprika at the end of cooking, or avoid overcooking it, to preserve its aromas and not bring out its bitterness.
