Ground red pepper in sachet

Our peppers come from Trivandrum, capital of Kerala, on the Malabar coast in southwestern India. Our pepper is at the 5th degree on the Scoville scale (up to 10), which places it above the Espelette pepper and below the Cayenne pepper. Our red chilli powder is powerful, and has an aromatic heat and a nice length in the mouth... It is grown with respect for the environment and the ecosystem that surrounds it and the workers who grow it are protected by the cooperative with which they collaborate.
