Voatsiperifery in sachet - Wild pepper from Madagascar

Our voatsiperifery grows wild in the Malagasy primary forest. It is an endemic variety in Madagascar and we work with pickers who redouble their agility to pick it up by climbing trees. Voatsiperifery is the fruit of a vine that grows along a natural stake to bloom in the canopy at the top of trees over 20 meters high, which makes picking very complicated. After picking, the Voatsiperifery (which literally means liana fruit in Malagasy) is dried in the sun for 2 days and then sorted.
