Flame salmon has a long tradition in Scandinavia. Fresh salmon on the open fire,

the result is an absolute taste experience. which has so far been very seldom experienced.

We manufacture these by hand in a small factory.

Flammlachs is a great change in the barbecue monotony of a whole year.

Preparing flambéed salmon is quite easy. With the right material anyone can conjure up a specialty,

that inspires almost everyone. A wide range of flame salmon boards are manufactured.
