ORGANIC SCOTT PINE ESSENTIAL OIL

Resinous tree naturally present in most of Europe that can reach 35 meters high. 

It is recognizable by its smell of sap and its ocher-red colored bark and today covers, with Aleppo pines and maritime pines, 20% of the French forest. Its essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the aerial parts. 

This process consists of carrying away the volatile constituents (the essential oil) of the needles with the water vapor. 

Then, the steam condenses in the essencier, separating the essential oils from the hydrosol (water).  It is 100% pure, HEBBD and certified organic. 

HEBBD stands for Botanically and Biochemically Defined Essential Oil.
