Organic TEA TREE Essential Oil

The name can be confusing, but we must distinguish the tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) from the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). 

This name would have been attributed to it by Captain James Cook during his voyage around the world. 

When he arrived in Australia, sailors prepared tea for him with the leaves of a tree from the Myrtaceae family. 

Tea tree essential oil is extracted from the aerial parts of the plant by steam distillation. 

It contains active substances such as terpene-4-ol, a-terpinenes, or even g-terpinenes.  It is 100% pure, HEBBD and certified organic.
