To relieve this visual fatigue and preserve normal vision, the Omega Vision complex brings together several active ingredients that have a beneficial effect on vision: omega 3, carotenoids, vitamins and zinc. DHA, an "essential" fatty acid, vitamin B2 and zinc help maintain normal vision. Extracts of marigold (lutein), tomato (lycopene) and the seaweed Dunaliella salina (beta-carotene) complete the formula. Vitamins C and E help fight oxidative stress.
