Home of floral and gourmet creations since 2010, our chocolate factory puts chocolate and tea in bloom. ­
1/“The flower is in the tea, the tea is in the chocolate and the chocolate is in the flower”. This is the heart of the concept, embodied by our boxes, composed of a box of tea, a box of chocolates infused with the same tea and a sugared almond flower representing the petals present in the recipe of the selected tea. There are 4 tea ganaches, so 4 boxes are available. And you will also find these 4 tea chocolates with our 2 other specialties in the Apothéose box (see below).

2/“From cocoa blossom to blossoming chocolate”. This is the floral part of the concept. Indeed, we are putting chocolate in flowers! Just like at the florist's, present the sprigs of flowers in vases and assemble a bouquet of the day for your customers. To a wide range of flowers and figures in chocolate dragees, you can add more gourmet stems containing chocolates, fruit pastes and marzipan roses. Also offer them our ready-to-go bouquets, this will save them from having to choose their sprigs of flowers. ­
We offer large sprigs (33cm) with sugared almonds, chocolates and confectionery, retail or in ready-to-go bouquets. We also have a range of small sprigs (15cm) to create arrangements and table decorations or retail guest gifts (napkin rings, glass towers, flower baskets, centerpieces). These branches and presentations are very popular for weddings, baptisms, communions, various events or for a simple festive meal. These little sprigs can also be assembled into mini bouquets which are very successful. ­
Dragée flowers can also be used to complete your gourmet baskets. ­
With the containers of the moment we also offer floral arrangements all year round but also especially for certain festive periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Grandmothers' Day, Mother's Day and other holidays, end-of-year gifts for teachers, etc.).

3/ Specialties: The Apotheosis showcase
It contains six Lyonnaise specialties: Pralilyon®, Vaugnerite®, and our tea ganaches (Parc Tête d’or, Confluence, Saint Antoine, and Place des Jacobins).

4/Chocolate pencils
A chocolate pencil is the result of combining two half-pencils molded in dark, milk, white or flavored white chocolate (4 flavors: blackcurrant, strawberry tagada, caramel, mango passion fruit) with cocoa butter. They are sold individually as a compulsive purchase, or packaged in foil to offer or serve as a knife holder, or packaged in foil bundle surrounded by a sugared almond flower (teacher gifts, etc.). ­
The bundle of pencils is the symbol of freedom as in Patrick Rogelet's work "The Raft of Liberty" in which a raft of bundles of pencils saves the colors from the flood... ­
They are sold outside of periods of high heat in boxes of 66 units.

Details about the sugared almond flowers
Each petal is a white sugared almond (no artificial colors), made from dark chocolate (37% cocoa). The candy is wrapped in colored cellophane (cellulose hydrate) paper, it is not plastic! ­
This way the dragee is protected and can be kept for two years. To enjoy it, simply twist the petal like candy to extract it. ­
Storage: at room temperature (maximum 35°C) protected from humidity. ­
The stems are rigid enough to form bouquets or to be planted but also flexible to allow twisting and arrangement on the table, in a napkin ring or in a glass tower. ­
In terms of arrangement, it is important to present the strands of flowers in vases and bouquets ready to go in baskets. So, like at the florist, your customer can choose sprigs and create their bouquet or choose their bouquet directly. A large vase can hold around 35-40 flowers and a small vase can hold around 25. So you must plan at the start a sufficient quantity to fill your vases in store and have a safety stock.

It is possible to order individual flower sprigs and ready-made bouquets. ­
But you can also order the sprigs individually and specify your bouquet arrangements by email when ordering, for two packaging fees per bouquet (€1 small size or €1.30€ large size). Then order as many packages as bouquets to assemble.

All retail strands presented to customers must be in displays (vases, supports, etc.) clearly bearing our brand (we provide the labels).
