Founded in 1967 in Bergamo, in the heart of the Lujo Valley, F.lli Belotti S.r.ls. Andtoday the fourth generation of the family has arrived. For over fifty years, we have been creating high-quality artisanal preserves, combining tradition, innovation, and obsessive attention to raw materials.
Belotti Arte Conserviera is the collection that brings together recipes born from the experiences and life of the Belotti family.
These recipes, like many others, remained for a long time simple tests or notes kept in our historical recipe book.
Today we have chosen to give them a name, a face and above all an identity.
They are culinary works of art, the fruit of emotions, memories, and moments that deserve to be preserved and passed down.
With this collection, we decided to preserve these moments, starting with five special recipes, knowing that in the years to come we will be able to live new experiences and remember past ones.
