Pure Forest Honey - S

Pure, raw honey, harvested directly by the beekeeper for his clients.  Dark amber in color and a floral smell with a clear malty component, intense and persistent.  Strong flavor, not very sweet and with strong salty notes.  It is honey that combines honeydew with the nectar of other flowers, such as heather or chestnut flowers, since in many regions these trees coexist and the bees visit them at the same time.  It is the great unknown, perhaps because it is not made with the nectar of flowers, but rather it is produced by bees from the exudation of some trees. This type of honey has more antioxidant properties than the rest.  Considered a perfect food supplement for low levels of iron and other minerals.  Which makes it highly recommended to combat anemia and cope with seasons of strong stress and effort, both physical and mental.  Ideal against lung conditions and bronchitis.  It has less sugar than the rest of the honeys and instead contains a higher concentration of polyphenol so it has a greater antioxidant capacity.
