Pure, raw honey, harvested directly by the beekeeper for his clients.  Dark, brownish-brown in color with shades of ashy green.  Its tone is dark because of the magnesium, iron and copper it contains.  It has a very intense and extraordinarily persistent aroma, which is very clearly reminiscent of wet wood.  The taste is sweet with slight acidic notes.  Its crystallization tendency is medium and the size of the crystals is usually fine.
