The aniseed aroma of fennel essential oil surprises, and quickly gives way to more airy, more luminous fragrances. Both focused on digestion and breathing, this essential oil should however be used with caution. It is also known for its powerful galactogenic action. The one we offer comes from wild pickings in the Pyrénées-Orientales, it is at the end of summer that the fennel is cut with a serrated sickle and then brought to the distillery to extract its essential oil.
