FLUÈRE (pronounced: Flew-air) is a distilled spirit just like gin, rum or mezcal you're familiar with. We just distil our non-alcoholic spirit a little more gently.
Our state of the art hydrosteam process uses copper pot distillation to gently open up botanicals and break down cell walls to release aroma and flavour compounds at very low ABV.
The distillates derived from this meticulous process ensure we capture the most delicate aroma and flavour compunds present in each botanical ingredient.
