Delicate, tasty and slightly fruity, this organic lavender honey is produced in the heart of the wild and unspoiled nature of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. The apiary of Mr. Philippe Chavignon (beekeeper of our Un Toit Pour Les Abeilles network) benefits from an "AB" (organic) label and has a bioclimatic honey house with "solar thermal" energy located at an altitude of 1300m. Extracted cold, it has not undergone any heating process (according to the ECOCERT specifications). Its pearly color varies from ivory white to a pale yellow, combined with a very beautiful fluid, smooth and shiny appearance sums up a very attractive visual. A very intense dried lavender nose recalls "Provence", floral and vegetal. Its invasive, intense and complex length on the palate presents both notes of sweet almond, citrus and persistent floral notes.
