Gypsophila is made up of myriads of small cottony white flowers. It is used to bring lightness to bouquets of flowers. Its name comes from Latin and means "who loves gypsum", therefore limestone soils, particularly poor. In English, it is called "baby's breath", for its apparent fragility and lightness. These little flowers embody joy, lightness, positive energy.
