Can be used before and after physical exertion. NOTE: Keep out of reach of children. People with sensitive skin may react to the mixture. Try carefully! Always mix with vegetable oil, e.g. 1-2 drops to a teaspoon of oil. Use: Diluted in a little oil or cream, it is used to advantage for massage. To achieve maximum effect in self-care or in case of fatigue, massage a drop of oil in the forehead or neck. Before and after exercise or other physical strain on the muscles, mix 1-2 drops in a vegetable oil and lubricate in the desired area. Store at room temperature
