Frozen SANTA CLAUS (19cm)

A great Fortwenger classic, sugar-iced gingerbread with its famous Santa Claus vignette has been a staple in schoolyards since our earliest childhood. With its characteristic touch of star anise, cinnamon and ginger, our sugar-glazed gingerbread will continue to brighten up our month. Sugar-glazed gingerbread also comes in a chocolate version. Made in our workshops in Alsace, in Gertwiller and Ensisheim This product is made by our pastry chefs in our workshops in Alsace. Our historic manufacturing workshop is located in the village of Gertwiller (1,300 inhabitants), situated between the Alsace wine route and the pre-Vosges hills. Gertwiller is now known throughout the world as the capital of gingerbread. Our second workshop is located in the village of Ensisheim in Alsace, at the foot of the Grand Ballon des Vosges, where particular attention is paid to the production of new sliced paving stones and organic biscuits. Our storage tips Our products will keep their flavor longer if you follow these few tips. Store them away from heat and humidity. Close the packaging carefully after each tasting. Follow the instructions on the packaging regarding the shelf life of between 3 and 9 months.
