DESCRIPTION: Our beans come from a cooperative of producers who, thanks to their expertise and the particular climate of the continent African manage to produce a cocoa of a quality exceptional. They select and pick the pods by hand when they mature. Then leave the beans ferment for a few days so that they develop their flavors, before drying them in the sun. The beans are roasted by hand.
