Franz von Fein stands for non-alcoholic, handcrafted premium aperitifs from southern Germany. Only natural ingredients such as organic fruits, botanicals and flowers create an impressive taste: fruity and fresh with a subtle bitter note. Our non-alcoholic alternatives have received multiple awards: 2× Gold and “Best Aperitif” in London at the WAFA, 92 and 93 Falstaff points and most innovative aperitif at the Austrian Zero Awards. At the Falstaff tasting in 2026, our two non-alcoholic sparkling cuvées were listed among the top 5 products with 95 and 94 points respectively.
Rubin Aperitif - Classic Italian Bitter

Amber Aperitif - Floral & Mediterranean
Mediterranean notes of lavender, rosemary, orange, and other botanicals. Floral, coniferous, fruity and slightly bitter in taste.
Our signature drink: Amber Spritz. 2 cl amber aperitif, 12 cl dry tonic water, shot of sparkling mineral water, orange slice and a sprig of rosemary.
Sparkling Cuvée No. 1 – Rosé
Fresh citrus fruit, hibiscus and subtle bitter notes characterize this elegant, delicately sparkling cuvée. Juniper berries and select botanicals lend depth and a complex structure for a sophisticated, subtly bitter balance with a long finish.
Sparkling Cuvée No. 2 – Blanc
A complex, floral bouquet of orange zest, lavender and Mediterranean herbs meets fermented tea. The sparkling cuvée impresses with its elegant length and refined depth.
