The Rubin Aperitif: A classic aperitif with notes of juniper berries, hibiscus flowers and lemon. First citrus-fruity, then complex with fine bitter notes in the aftertaste. Our signature drink: Rubin Spritz. 3 cl ruby aperitif, 12 cl sparkling mineral water, ice cubes, orange slice
The amber aperitif: Mediterranean notes of lavender, rosemary and orange and other botanicals. Floral, coniferous, fruity and slightly bitter in taste.
