Lanolin - Pure wool wax/wool fat

100% pure wool fat / wool wax (lanolin) Ideal for regreasing wool clothing, external application on the skin or as an ointment base. Our pollutant-free and residue-tested wool fat (lanolin) is of pharmaceutical quality. The wool fat comes from the wool of German and European sheep, is therefore guaranteed mulesing-free and is washed out in a laundry in the EU. The bottling takes place in our house. Tip: Many people also use pure lanolin for skin care or to care for the nipples when breastfeeding. Application: Massage a pea-sized amount onto the nipple or affected area of skin. The pure wool fat does not need to be washed off before breastfeeding. Greasing woolen overpants with a lanolin bath: Mix a teaspoon of pure wool fat with hot water and add 1-2 drops of delicate or wool detergent as an emulsifier (so that the fat can combine with the water). Mix everything well until a milky-white liquid is formed. Pour this mixture into a bucket or large container with approx. 1-2 liters of warm water. Now you can place the freshly washed wool diaper pants into the liquid. Let the wool trousers dry for approx. Leave in the impregnation bath for 2-3 hours (or overnight). If the wool fiber has absorbed too much wool fat, the excess wool fat can simply be rinsed out with lukewarm water. Tip: First dissolve the wool grease in boiling or very hot water, then add 1-2 drops of dishwashing liquid, delicate detergent or wool detergent and then fill up to 2 liters.
