CASSIS 775 - Blackcurrant liqueur 25% vol

In his distillery in the district of Hohenhohe in Baden-Württemberg, Fritz-Martin Mozer only processes fruit that he has grown himself. For the CASSIS 775, the black currants are not macerated - as is generally the case - but freshly pressed. This direct juice is processed with currant brandy, which Fritz-Martin also produces itself through maceration and distillation. The EU spirits regulation requires a minimum sugar content of 400 grams per liter for crème de cassis. CASSIS 775 has half the sugar content of commercially available products and impresses as a fresh, fruity liqueur.
