GIN 206 – London Dry Gin 48% vol

The GIN 206 from the estate distillery Schloss Zinzow by Thomas Neubert impresses with its precision and reduction to ten botanicals. The classic juniper aroma is clearly at the heart of this gin, which was created in cooperation with mixologist Oliver Ebert (Becketts Kopf, Berlin). Thomas, a trained distiller, gently macerates the botanicals, only switches on an amplifier tray when distilling the gin and does without the usual cold filtration in order not to lose any valuable aromatic substances.
