Gondo AB is a coffee from Muranga, Kenya, whose beans Ralf roasts greener than typical espresso blends to preserve intense and fruity aromas. From this coffee with flavors of black elderberry, raspberry, gentian and dark chocolate, Josef creates a complex coffee spirit by extracting the ground beans in fine wheat distillate, from his own cultivation and distillery, and then distilling it.
