HAZELNUTS, JUNIPER 051 – Spirits 41.5% vol

Hazelnut is one of the most popular domestic spirits. Often, however, the taste of these is more reminiscent of the liquid form of the well-known nut nougat spread. We wanted to create an "adult" and above all natural alternative. Gerhard Liebl, who distills in the Bavarian Forest and is known far beyond his region through numerous records at international competitions, uses fresh juniper berries in addition to hazelnuts for this distillate. This combination not only complements the two aromas perfectly, but also allows flavors to emerge that the individual ingredients would otherwise not reveal. We can proudly claim that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
