Katharina Zott studied oenology in California and received her doctorate in Bordeaux. For her love of crafts, she gave up her scientific career and took over her family's distillery. This is located in Ustersbach, Bavarian Swabia. Her family has been cultivating fields there since 1530. Katherina only processes fruit from her own cultivation. RASPBERRY 251 is a completely different kind of raspberry liqueur. On the one hand, the raspberries are carefully strained to obtain the purest fruit aroma possible, and on the other hand, only raspberry brandy is used.
