Two of the best fruit distillers in the world have teamed up exclusively for the Freimeister collective. Georg Hiebl, who is based in Mostviertel in Austria, and Gerhard Liebl from the Bavarian Forest. Together the two have won well over 1,000 medals at international competitions. Both have each distilled hundreds of different raw materials. For the Freimeister collective, Georg and Gerhard choose two variants of the finest of all pear varieties: red and yellow Williams Christ pears.
