Frerejean Frères champagnes are made in a traditional and artisanal way thanks to ancestral know-how.
The production process honors the land, limiting chemicals as much as possible, using the minimum of pesticides on the vines and a low rate of sulphites in our champagnes.
They let their champagnes age between 5 and 12 years depending on the vintage in order to add only a low level of sugar during the last stages, thus preserving the spirit of the terroir. The result is wines of character that are both complex and elegant. The 3 brothers have made it a point of honor to develop only the best.
