Roasted cashew nuts without salt (100g)

The cashew nut, fruit of the cashew tree, is harvested manually. The inshell nuts are separated from the cashew apple and then briefly steamed to inactivate the acids and weaken the shell. They are then dried, sorted by size, shelled and peeled. The cashew nuts thus obtained are finally sorted and delicately roasted without adding fat or salt.
