M Alexandria Wine Gelée

A very special geleé, made with M de Alejandría wine.   The wine is made with the Moscatel de Alejandría grape (typical of Teulada, whose weather conditions make it ideal for this variety).   They freeze the grape grain when it is at its optimal point of ripeness and thus preserves its organoleptic characteristics to perfection.   If this wine is already incredible, both brands wanted to raise the level of excellence to the maximum, working with a geleé format, so in demand in haute cuisine.   Pairing/ With meats, foie, pâtés, cheeses...   We are sure that it will not leave you indifferent.
