ORGANIC Citrus Honey

The citrus honey from I Frutti del Sole comes from the flowers of the citrus groves in the hilly hinterland of Sicily. Light in color, it is straw yellow when liquid and white or beige if crystallized. The scent intensely recalls orange blossom flowers. The flavor is sweet, the acidity is barely noticeable, the aroma that it releases on the palate is intense, floral, pleasantly rounded and almost fruity. It is a vitamin honey, calming in cases of insomnia, nervousness and migraines, slightly astringent. The crystallization of honey occurs through a natural process.
