ORGANIC millet

Millet is a cereal known since Prehistory; in ancient times it was consumed almost daily together with other types of cereals, legumes and vegetables. it is rich in mineral salts including iron, magnesium, silicon, potassium and calcium. Contains easily assimilable amino acids and vitamins of groups A, B, E. » gluten-free, therefore it is also suitable for celiacs. It does not need soaking and should preferably be cooked in a saucepan with twice as much water as the quantity of cereal. In this way it best preserves all its properties. Thanks to the presence of starch it lends itself very well to making flans, croquettes or meatballs together with vegetables and spices.
