Carnaroli Rice is one of the best known and most renowned Superfine rices for its large, tapered and cooking-resistant grain which makes it perfect for risottos. The high amylose content makes the beans firm and creamy, ensuring excellent cooking resistance and a high absorption capacity. Cascina Bosco's Carnaroli is original, a delicate plant, subject to critical periods during growth and maturation. It was once a very widespread crop, today it has been replaced by other more resistant and productive ones which can be sold with the commercial name Carnaroli, despite not having the same characteristics. On the packages you will find the words Carnaroli Classico which guarantees that they only contain Carnaroli rice from Carnaroli seeds.
