Fully Rice was born from a desire to highlight rice. This ingredient that is easily found in all French cuisines, and yet so underestimated.
The products are part of a range developed with natural elements whose main base is rice. All the products in our range are made in Italy, in the heart of the production area for this cereal, in direct contact with farmers and industrial caterers. This is the reason why we collaborate with an Italian laboratory which ensures Premium quality of the products while reducing the ecological impact.
Because of his Italian origin, Mr. Barberis, general manager of BetaRhoBeta, therefore wanted to offer products from this agriculture.
