This curry roux has a slightly sweet flavor and just enough spice to warm your palate. Nothing could be simpler to use this block of Japanese curry S&B Golden Curry sweet: prepare your dish, and incorporate the desired quantity of Japanese curry in a little hot liquid. Your curry will then take on a thicker consistency, and bring a new and very subtle flavor to many meat and rice dishes, or even vegetarian ones. It can also be used as a base for a thick Udon noodle soup, as we appreciate them in Japan!
