- a Scandinavian inspired mix for fish - The mainland of the Scandinavian peninsula consists of more than 30,000 kilometers of coastline. It is therefore not surprising that the sea has always played an important role in Scandinavian culture and cuisine. This spice mix is named after Aegir, a god of the sea who takes the form of a Jötunn (giant) in Norse mythology. This fresh spicy blend compliments fish and seafood superbly, and works exceptionally well as a dry rub for salmon. This spice mix is salt-free, so salt can be added to taste if necessary. Ingredients: Onion, Dill, Black Pepper, Lemon Peel, Caraway Seed, Tarragon. May contain traces of mustard and celery. 50g
