- a South American inspired spice mix - Cajun spices were traditionally used by the Acadians in the US state of Louisiana to season meat, chicken, and fish. However, due to the versatility of this blend, it is also excellent for seasoning vegetables. We carefully created this blend by freshly grounding the spices, then adding spice with cayenne peppers and deep black ancho chiles. Our versatile Cajun spice mix provides every dish with a spicy twist. Ingredients: Sea Salt, Garlic, Smoked Bell Pepper, Onion, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Thyme, Ancho Chili Pepper, Oregano.
