MADRAS CURRY

- an Indian inspired curry masala - “Kari podi”, corrupted to “curry powder”, is a spice mix that originates from the Indian subcontinent. While there are many variations of curry powder, the hot and spicy Madras curry is one of the most popular, and for good reason! This colorful blend infuses your dishes with the sweet, earthy warmth that has made Indian cuisine so famous worldwide. In order to bring out the flavors in this curry powder, we have carefully roasted the spices in their entirety before grinding them into a mix in which sufficient structure has remained intact. Use this garam masala to add an Indian complexity to your dish. This spice mix is salt-free, so salt can be added to taste if necessary.
