Minced Beef with Epoisse

Sliced beef à l'Epoisse canned 500g, store in a cool place, away from light. After opening, can be kept for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Our packages are 6 cans, possibility to mix different recipes at the same price. Preparation: Reheat without the lid, in a bain-marie for about 30 minutes (recommended) or 5 minutes in the microwave. The meat comes from our farm so organic, but not the rest of the ingredients. (beef 50%, VEAL STOCK, Epoisse 20%, sunflower oil, U.H.T CREAM, roux (WHEAT flour, fat), pepper, salt.
