Beef Rillettes

Beef rillettes in a 200g jar. They should be stored away from heat and light. I'm going to do a tasting on Friday, May 19 for those who are interested. These rillettes are made up of 60% organic beef from our farm, veal STOCK (GLUTEN, LACTOSE), duck fat, thyme, garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
