Since 2016, the Gangloff brewery, a pioneer of organic beers in Franche-Comté, has been continuing this tradition by producing high-end organic craft beers, meeting the principles of the Decree on the Purity of Beer.
Eproduced using high fermentation from selected malts, cereals and hops directly from the farm, Gangloff beers are guaranteed to contain no added sugar or additives. They are neither filtered nor pasteurized.
Bisontine, a high-quality local water, guarantees them unrivaled purity.
