5% alc. This exceptional beer is a clever blend of wheat and Pilsen malt. An infusion of orange peels, coriander seeds and elderflowers enhances this recipe. Unlike most white beers, white Bisontine is soft in the mouth and not very bitter. We drink it from spring until the beautiful late season, typically Franc-Comtoise. Tasting temperature: 4 - 6°C Excellent aperitif, it goes wonderfully with light and fresh desserts.
