It’s not a legend, “Belle de Noël” is waiting for you at the brasserie! The superb label created by Alice Fumey reflects the quality of the beverage inside the bottle. The recipe contains special malts as well as an infusion of star anise and orange to prepare us for the warm Christmas atmosphere. The nose is quite powerful, the attack in the mouth can be surprising for ¼ of a second but the sweet and spicy flavor quickly makes you forget this sensation and the palate quickly asks for more.
