Giuseppe Angelo Zedda, founder of the “Su Molinu” oil mill, was used to living in the countryside with his grandfather from an early age, and made his passion the basis for studying and creating a group of expert and equally passionate collaborators. The working group follows, with the same objective of high quality, the campaign, the transformation process and the conservation of the final product, with the same meticulousness and attention transmitted by Giuseppe. All elements necessary to obtain a product capable of releasing those aromas and freshness typical of our island.
