Ruju is a blend that brings together Sardinian and Apulian varieties. This line was born from an agronomic error made in our lands 20 years ago, when instead of the Sardinian olive varieties the nurseryman gave us the Coratina, the flagship diamond of Puglia's cultivars. From this error was born Ruju, a meeting between Coratina and Pibireddu, an Apulian cultivar and the other Sardinian. Two Italian regions that meet to create a blend never seen before! Certainly the most captivating and passionate extra virgin olive oil of our production. Organoleptic notes: unripe, with hints of artichoke, fresh almond and a persistent spiciness. A decidedly structured olive oil. Pairings: seafood appetizers, salads and fish.
