Our BISCUITS are still handcrafted in a laboratory in the Vercelli area, no margarines, no palm oils or hydrogenated fats, but only good fresh butter and in abundance. Still cooked on trays in fan ovens, avoiding the belt cookers typical of industrial production. Biscuits, the old-fashioned ones, the ones for breakfast or coffee breaks. The taste is that of homemade shortcrust pastry, while the shapes are the great everyday classics. ​ Format 180 g.
