Our biscuits are still handcrafted in a laboratory in the Vercelli area, no margarines, no palm oils or hydrogenated fats, but only good fresh butter in abundance. Still cooked in trays in ventilated ovens avoiding the belt cookers typical of industrial productions. Biscuits, those of the past, those of breakfast or coffee break. the taste is that of home-made shortbreads, the formats are the great everyday classics.
