We are convinced that good quality begins in the field where our organic raw materials grow. For this reason, we have decided to take the entire supply chain into our hands as much as possible. We conclude cultivation contracts with farmers, store the raw materials directly with us and process them in our own company until the finished, packaged end product. In this way we can be sure that only the best quality from raw materials known to us finds its way into our customers' kitchens.
Genusskoarl was founded in 2016 by DI Karl Severin Traugott. The trained food technologist comes from a brewing family and can look back on eight generations of brewers. He is now breaking new ground with the fermentation of wort.
